KCS Kitchener Cleaning Services has officially rebranded to Castio Cleaning Services to support its expansion beyond the Kitchener-Waterloo region to locations across Canada. The rebrand reflects the company’s evolution from a local Kitchener-Waterloo-region cleaning company to becoming a national cleaning service. The company’s ownership, team, and service commitments remain in place.
The new brand identity no longer ties the company to a single region, enabling it to compete in markets across multiple provinces. Castio Cleaning Services will continue operating its Kitchener-Waterloo location and serving the region, including Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding areas.
Ownership and leadership are unchanged. The company remains woman-owned and family-operated, founded and led by Nathali Garcia, who started the business in 2022. All existing cleaning agreements remain in effect under the new name, with no changes to service terms, pricing, or the company’s satisfaction guarantee.
Current customers will experience no disruption in service delivery during the transition period. Recurring clients keep their assigned cleaners and their established schedules, and no customer is required to sign new paperwork, open a new account, or take any action during the transition. Castio Cleaning Services plans to expand through a combination of direct service in new markets and local partnerships, entering cities in stages rather than all at once. The company’s mobile app, which handles booking, rescheduling, cleaner messaging, and billing, will operate in every new market. Existing customer accounts, service histories, and preferences transfer automatically to the new brand platform.
