Royce is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience, specializing in team development, driving growth, and the creation of innovative, member-focused experiences across physical and digital channels. He joins the TopLine team from First City Credit Union where he was responsible for leading Marketing, Business Development, Advocacy, Financial Wellness, and Internal Communications. Royce is a recognized industry leader, having served as Executive Committee Chair of America’s Credit Unions Marketing, PR & Development Council and earned his Credit Union Development Educator certification from the National Credit Union Foundation.
